Lay down on your back with your lower leg on an elevated surface, such as a half-roller. Have your arms down next to you. Contract the glutes to raise the hips off the ground and form a straight line with your body.

Step 2

Hold for the recommended time and repeat. Progress by removing the hands off the floor, then the arm completely, as shown in the video.
