Step 1
                  Stand up comfortably on one foot. Lift all your toes as high as your can and engage your arch.
Step 2
                  Keep your foot in this position and unlock your knee. Hold the foot tripod position for the recommended time. Keep your toes lifted and arches engaged the entire time.
